Pushed for time this morning, I managed to get in a 30 minute session and worked up a sweat!! Round one: Repeat X2, 30 second rest 20kg x14 barbell lunges 20kg x14 barbell deadlifts 20kg x14 barbell lunges 20kg x14 barbell squats Round two: Repeat X2, 30 second rest 8kg vypr x20 alternating lunges (vypr overhead) 8kg kettle ball x10 cross body woodchops (left) 8kg kettle ball x10 cross body woodchops (right) 30 mountain climbers 3x 30 second handstands 8kg kettle ball x20 alternating side crunches (legs raised) Round three: Repeat X2, 30 second rest 30x raised leg crunches 20x alternating leg lowers, supine position 20x alternating cross body kickers 30x bicycle crunches 30x toe taps 5x left side plank hip raises 5x left side plank tuck hand unders 5x right side plank hip raises 5x right side plank tuck hand unders And most importantly STRETCH! Although in all honesty, I didn't quite have time today as I ran off for my next appointment... Such a great energy burst of a workout, and feeling GREAT knowing I've done something productive to start my day
