Detective's Monocle by Griffon's Saddlebag

Lenseless monocles/glasses made from egg carton. Works for any prescription

- Remove one cup from the carton

- Shape edges for comfort

- Poke a hole into the center of the cup with a needle

- Hold cup to eye and look through hole

Poking multiple holes gives better periferal vision but causes a kind of kaleidoscope effect.

You may need to wiggle the needle to widen the hole, but be careful not to make the hole too big or it won't work.

(I also think it could be a good way to save money on vision tests. Just "better or worse" yourself and your kids now and then)
