The Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs @mercys.garage is one of my favorites. I did a re-read to read the newest book, chef’s kiss, I loved! #MercyThompson #PatriciaBriggs #MoonCalled #SoulTaken #ParanormalRead and here is my review for Soul Taken, book 13 in the series… I absolutely love this series and literally all the characters. Mercy is strong willed, independent and funny. She somehow always manages to get beat up and still come out on top. You have to love a character like that! Seriously, every character has a personality that oozes off the pages and worms it’s way into your heart. Every book also has its own baddie or problem to solve and this one was particularly creepy. Nope! No spoilers from me, no Sir! But I will tell you that our little Coyote and her Alpha save the day, but this storyline may not be as wrapped up as they usually feel at the end. Patricia Briggs is a wordsmith and I adore her work. She allows me to get lost in the world she created and has me feeling like a part of the Pack. Or I suppose just wishing I could be.
