Right, I don't think the cartoon showcased it but the sky in the Moonlands is supposed to be lavender canonically according to the rest of the franchise.

Today I learned that the original Magi-Nation TCG is holding late pledges for a Kickstarter to finally release an expansion that was never published.
To celebrate, I've decided to post these versions of the crests of the various regions of the Moonlands.
Some of them are different to the originals on the cards, but I had a lot of fun making them.
I do really like the fact that the Moonlands are they way they are b/c its a terraformed moon. The ancestors of the Moonlanders worked together to make a bunch of regions that fit what each ?ethnic group? race? of Eliwan liked/were used to/wanted.
The Moonlands are literally a safe haven created by intelligent hands.
The vast majority of the dangerous creatures, weather, and harsh terrain? The Eliwan wanted that, its there on purpose.
The only shit that's not supposed to be there (in terms of the worldbuilding for the cards/games) is the Core and corruption as a result of the void energy in the place.
[Of course the show implies that the Core region was also planned, something that some Eliwan wanted, and actually chill and just like any other region b4 it got corrupted by void energy. ]

Also just an observation but most places in the Moonland's seem to be named after important historical figures or leaders.
Vash Naroom is named after Vashi
D'Resh is named after Durresh
Bograth is named after Grath
etc
