2) The best dream you ever had? I used to dream of flying most nights. That was pretty great.

3) A scent that takes you back/reminds you of something? The smell of light rain on dust/Tarmac reminds me of when I was a little kid on the veranda in Australia.

4) Something you have to do at least once in your life Jumping out of something high. Abseiling, bungee jumping, parachuting, I don’t really mind. Maybe all three.

5) What is the last book you read? At the moment I’m reading Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson. The last book I finished was Skulduggery Pleasant by Derek Landy.

6) Dawn or dusk? Dusk.

7) The Zombie Apocalypse happens: what do you do? I’d probably hole up at home until I ran out of food.

8) Something you are proud of? I cannot walk around in my jumping stilts.

uh, I’m assuming i can’t pick a tv show AND a movie…darn… I’d have to say Doctor Who, simply because there is so much how could i get bored?

The most vivid memory of a movie is Disney’s Tresure Island. Good grief that movie scared me so much and gave me so many nightmares.

UNO: I am 5' 10" and will be 16 tomorrow (June 18th)!!

DEUX: I currently have 2 cats, but throughout my life i have had a total of 5. Here have a picture of one:

THREE: I play the Tenor Saxophone in my high school marching band! (Go Gators! Junior year, aw yiss)

QUATRO: I have 3 younger sisters (Jeryn, Jordan and Rebecca), and 9 cousins (mom's side: Paige, Amber, Cameryn, [legit cousins] Ashley, Shelby and Brianna [step cousins]. dad's side: Emily, Josh and Carson)

CINCO: I really like to draw. Although I don't, like, PRACTICE... so I'm limited to the occasionally cute doodle.

SIX: I live in TEXAS. YEEHAW, Y'ALL. RIDE 'EM COWB-- *clears throat* ahem. sorry. i let my inner country hick out.

Tagged by mortaen 1. What is your special talent? Procrastination. Definitely procrastination. 2. What languages do you speak? English! (Hehe.) And I can read french (a bit, and definitely don't ask me to speak, write or understand any from hearing it,) and I've started teaching myself japanese as of a few months ago (but then school moved in and I've probably forgotten a huge chunk of it.) 3. What do you like about yourself? My fabulous fashion sense? Haha, no. I think I like the fact that I don't tend to stress about things like school much (although maybe that's a bad thing) because most of the time I have this attitude that's like 'yeah, it'll all be fine in the end.' 4. If you could live in the world of any fandom, which would you choose? I answered this one before as Middle Earth, but I am still conflicted. Ideally I'd like to be able to teleport between them all :D 5. Why did you name your blog in this way? Hemillsie is easy to remember. 6. Do you know any music band that is awesome but not very popular? I have no idea what's popular and what's not, honestly, and I tend to like individual songs rather than one band. Also, I tend to listen to mostly soundtracks. 7. What was your first fandom? First fandom as in first contact with fandom stuff? First fanfic I ever read was a supernatural one, and I didn't even know what fanfic was - I found it completely by accident and just started reading it :D 8. If you could be one of the races from any fandom, who would you be? Maybe a hobbit because they're happy and have a great community and basically they eat and sit around all the time or get pulled of on wild adventures with groups of attractive men? Or maybe an elf, because they're wise and immortal and all that stuff. I think hobbit. 9. Do you have any pets? Yes, I have a west highland white terrier dog called Bonnie, who is simultaneously the cutest dog on the planet and the stupidest. 10. What can you say about your parents? I oscillate between 'oh my god I have the best parents ever' and 'oh my god I genuinely hate these people' but usually we're good. 11. What decision you know you will never regret? Um. *thinks long and hard* I actually don't know? is that bad? Um. Oh I have one!! Erm... I can play piano? And annoy people very quickly.

Polish, english, a bit of german and very, very little japanese *just started learning*.

1. What is your special talent?

Hm. I can wiggle my nose like a bunny? I don´t know, I´m not that special ^^I can do a mean cupcake and I am not that untalented at handicrafts…except for knitting, never got the grasp of  that ^^

2. What languages do you speak?

German is my native language, English and I learned Russian once but I forgot all of it. And I had Latin in shool and a smattering of Greek in uni for the medical terminology…and a smattering of fangirl Japanese due to yearlong abuse of subbed anime ^^

3. What do you like about yourself?

My eyes^^ And my nose and my mouth…basically my face ^^ I have cute ears too…and my overall figure is okay with wide hips, narrow waist and a nice rack, there´s just too much of it ^^ But I like the way I look all laced up into my corsage *purrrrrr*

4. If you could live in the world of any fandom, which would you choose?

Hm. I´d like to live in Moria before the Balrog I guess…or the Star Wars universe^^

5. Why did you name your blog in this way?

It´s kinda because there is stuff that I like?? Honestly I didn´t think about it, I just wrote something ^^ And now I´m too lazy to change it

6. Do you know any music band that is awesome but not very popular?

Hm. Since I tend to listen to funny metalstuff most non-metal people wouldn´t know about the bands I like…perhaps Subway to Sally? They´re not that popular outside of Germany I think…

Dwarf in LOTR ^^

9. Do you have any pets?

No but I would LOVE to have cats but I can´t due to work and the fact that pets aren´t allowed in my apartement >.< My papa has cats and I love to go visit them ^^

10. What can you say about your parents?

My parents got divorced when I was three and I had a weekend- papa for most of my life…which I didn´t really mind because I didn´t know it any other way. It was kinda cool since my mama wanted me to do girl stuff like playing with Barbies and stuff like that but I´d rather play with the chemistry set my papa got me. He taught me how to solder and make circuit bords too ^^. My mama got married again, I got a younger (half)brother out of it and my mama and my stepdad have their 25th anniversary this weekend. For which I made about a bazillion decorative-y thingies and about 800 handrolled crepe paper-roses….>.<

11. What decision you know you will never regret?

Getting rid of my ex ^^

(These took so long to think up they’re probably awful sorry.)(And they seem to be fandom-based as well, sorry, it’s 1am and my brain isn’t cooperating.)

1) What is your favourite book/movie/tv show? (You can have two choices if narrowing it down to one is too impossible.)

Oh gosh...narrowing that down to a dozen choices each would be difficult...

Books: "Good Omens" by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, everything Tolkien wrote and I love Tad Williams, Poppy Z. Brite, Stephen King, Steven Brust and I´m slowly falling in love with George RR Martin...and that´s just a few examples :-)

Movie: Too much to tell, that would need a post of it´s own :-) LOTR and The Hobbit and Avengers and The Last Unicorn and Disney and Pixar and Tarantino and and and...one of my not-so-mainstream-favourites is Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, go watch its, it´s hilarious

Tv Show: Varies, at the moment Supernatural :-)

2) Is there something you’re really interested in that isn’t something everyone knows about? (I mean is there a relatively unheard of book you’ve read, hobby you have, historical event, whatever.)

The Vlad Taltos –Books by Steven Brust probably...they´re GREAT but so far I´ve only found one guy who knew them too...and I like to crochet :-)

3) If you had to pick three characters to bring into the real world, which ones would you chose and why?

Dean Winchester, Dwalin and Gimli(and Legolas too because I couldn´t seperate those two). Because they´re hot, nuff said ;-)

4) Do you like to write/do art? (either fan stuff or original.) If you do, what do you find yourself writing about/drawing the most?

Nope I simply throw my ideas into the general direction of artist/writers and hope they like them enough to let them come to life :-)

5) If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

Instant Knowledge...y´know just touch a book and you know everything that´s in there

6) What is your favourite location from any fandom?

Hmmmm...I´d love to see Moria before the Balrog and I love pre-Smaug Erebor

7) If you could swap places with anyone in the world, real or in a book etc, who would it be and why?

I´d like to be a pampered cat...eat, fuck, sleep 20 hours a day and you can be as cranky as you want, you´ll get loved anyway :-)

"Good Omens" by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gamain...there were plans to do this but they got kinda lost on the way...

Probably what I do every time...watch movies with my friends, eat too much fastfood, do fandom related stuff, read, do some singstar-warbling etc etc
