Do we know where the prevelence of 'breeding kink' in Dan and Phil fanfiction comes from? Is it just an extension of the possessive/ protective thing or something more specific?

I mean Phil has talked about being pregnant since 2011. Phil has made it abundantly clear that he wants nothing more than to be able to be pregnant. It's one of those kinks that isn't really speculation, they've basically told us.
