Series 2, Episode 3 rewatch!

Well this week probably went the worst way it possibly could've. God knows how many braincells I used trying to explain to certain people that an orange felon who has no morals to speak of should not be the president of a book club (not that he reads I expect), let alone the United States of America. But then I guess that's part of the reason we watch shows like Downton isn't it? To escape to a different time, even if it wasn't much better than our own (except for the fashion, that was the best thing ever). Anyways, lets start on this weeks episode!

RP has genuinely been top tier this week. Like emotionally crushing and funny and things will never be the same and they’re already not the same and I miss the old days. I just don’t have the emotional capacity to blog rn(a lot is going on at work and with two friends and their emotional states, one is doing better but I’m keeping worry on the backburner cause of a decision she made, the other is going in for treatment just as I was getting confident in how I felt about them and we were fixing our friendship from the minor breakage)

But things has been great in RP. Lang is never going to forgive Ray, but he still knows why he’s done what he’s done. Ray tried swallow his pride for Yuno and apologized, and it was too late. It’s too late.

It’s as Yuno said. The boys they were-each other’s boys, they don’t exist anymore. And they’ve been holding onto each other’s ghosts but Ray forced them all to face reality. And the reality is that they would choose Lang, even when he was wrong. They would die for him, kill their brother, for him.

It’s not easy but. All this is because of Ray. And Lang escalated. By demanding to torture Maxine for sure. But still.

The best scene was Mickey calling Ray to the spot where Ray oceandumped him all those years ago to talk as brothers and after a good few minutes like 10 squad cars come rolling in and Baas and Knight says Ray is violating parole and thanks Mickey. Mickey insists he didn’t know and you can here it in his voice-the fear, the confusion. Ray just says “betrayed again, leave.” From inside the cop car. Mickey says he loves him, brother, Ray says he loves him too but fuck and to just drive. There’s no world where this wasn’t a setup. A minute later, Kitty pulls up and Mickey runs up to her, “Kitty, what did you do? Who did you tell?”

(Ray self snitched btw. Blau was so confused by it. It was all so movie like.)

There has been funny shit though. Marty finally gave Yuno his CG chain back. Tony asked to see it and immediately dropped it out the car window. I expected nothing less. Yuno and Mickey got Ray drunk and flung him out of a sea plane. Mickey is now the CEO of the VU. Marty and his boys owns it. He knew exactly who to hire as CEO

It’s been good. There was one part that’s been haunting me with Yuno and Mickey that I might make a seperate post on but I don’t want to taint this.

Series 2, Episode 2 Rewatch!

One week and one set of bangs later (long story involving a lot of tears and a faulty hairdryer) and we are on episode two of series two! Here's a mediocre fact for you: on the Wiki Fandom page, Mr Bates is (or at least was a few months ago) listed as appearing in all 52 episodes despite the fact that he doesn't appear in this episode! Anywho, lets get started before I change my mind about doing this week and start watching A Series Of Unfortunate Events instead (it just popped up on my screensaver and reminded me of how much I love it)!

4/4 OG Cleanbois heist squad reunited!!!! My boys!!!!

I'm at work so idk anything really but I saw this and it's them. It's them.

Oh god this is so cool!!! They don't know what they did correctly(And I started a bit before the right math prompt because my brain is fried).

So, it was just Yuno, Lang, Tony, X, and Marty Sadge about Mickey and Ray but punishment for them still having drama? Jk Ray was sleeping and he showed up in chat afterwards was like "I was just sleeping Sadge."

So after the prompt, they could rob the security deposit boxes and get all four colored laptops! They could use them to access LAN in the other boxes and each laptop was a different hack!

The better you hacked, the more money you got. They ended up with not the best payout because they didn't know who would be the ideal laptop matchup so Yuno accidentally wasted some usage on Yellow and X on Red. Now they know. But they got ~2.2 mil, but they all agreed that it should all go to go to Speedy because of the debts and they're still 1mil in debt.

The second they sat down in the manor Lang asked for Marty's state ID to give him manor keys and Marty said he wants to wait until they do it properly with the full squad.

They don't know how long the cooldown is but absolutely next time they're going all out, full squad, escape plans, RPGs, fans hope matching outfits. It will be great to see

GTA was a LOT today. I watched Tony until Sykk got on and then at some point I drifted away for a bit when the boys started to do house jobs since I just wasn’t feeling it but came back to watch some Yuno and April shanneigans(and the second drama of the day-Ramee and April yelling at each other in prison visitation while Yuno instigated. “Just friends” my ass. ). By the time Sykk ended stream, I was drained.

But CB. They took a way I didn’t expect. Things are a lot more gray and complex but that's exactly what I wanted and I'm excited to see RP be furthered over the next few weeks(Because they aren't brushing it over!)

When Tony and Lang woke up at the same time, there was a big meeting at the manor and Harry told them what happened and at first, they drew each other to the side and said they didn’t believe it. Then Tony remembered the Maldini’s incident and he had a horrible feeling it was true. They barely left each other’s sides after that, every meeting done together that day. Really sweet that they had each other. Lang was pissed at how many people already knew and told everyone to keep it within the family.

However, they agreed not to react until they spoke to Ray and Mickey. Along with Leslie(Rich Leslie, Nidas) and Harry, they went to the hospital to see Mickey, who didn’t remember anything after pulling up to the laptop spot. They went through the day with him, and the story matched up with what Harry and the others said. They-smartly imo- questioned Harry since he was so involved, and then Ray called. They went and met up with him, Leslie and Harry hiding.

Ray had the same mindset as last night basically. Remorseless. He thought he was in the right because Mickey had shown him no respect. And he had expected them both to understand why. Lang’s biggest thing was that he had killed and ocean dumped a member of the family without talking to anyone else. Without a vote. That was something that always should’ve been a discussion. Tony was more emotional, saying that had Mickey died last night? Ray would’ve robbed them ALL of their final good-byes. And they both felt like Ray disrespected the family-but all Ray cared about was that he felt that he was being disrespected and they should understand that.

They sent him away, and had a long conversation with Leslie and Harry. It was clear that Ray wasn’t mentally right and Tony suggested admitting him into Parsons-the mental hospital- and everyone agreed, but checked with Mickey first. He had been filled in by Egg and didn’t want to forgive Ray, and Tony agreed he would never fully forgive Ray for this. But, Mickey said that if the family decided to forgive Ray, he would as well. For the family. He’d do what Ray never did. Tony and Lang went back to Ray, made a gentle ultimatium, said that if he did’t get help, then there’d be serious concequences. But they wanted to see him get help. That sobered Ray up. I think that was when Ray started realizing he went too far. He went straight to the hospital.

When Yuno woke up, he wanted to boost, so he called X, then Ray. X didn’t answer, but Ray did. Said he was in therapy and to talk to Buddha. I actually think the first meeting was horrible, there was like 10 people and Yuno wasn’t getting much of the story but Lang pulled a much smaller group-Tony, Mickey, Yuno, Harry, etc- into his office. There, Yuno started asking questions-the only one who picked up the holes in Mickey’s narrative. He focused, though, on how Ray must’ve felt being kicked off the job and how shitty Mickey was and Mickey was like, I’m gonna stop you, I was in the right. It shows Yuno’s own messed up state and how much he values jobs imo. I also think they didn’t do much at all to show Ray’s mental state post-killing Mickey.

But the more I think about it, that’s okay. Because if Ray is going to change, he needs someone by his side. And Yuno 100% thinks Ray fucked up more, but that Mickey isn’t innocent. That he was pushing Ray. And he was.

Afterwards, Yuno and Lang took a drive and Lang asked how Yuno felt. Yuno told him this. And how that if a friend knows a friend doesn’t like a joke then don’t make it around them. Lang agreed. They talked about how Mickey still wasn’t showing any remorse or signs that he knew he needed to change. And if Ray was putting effort into changing, then they all had to admit where they went wrong and messed up, realize for good that Ray doesn’t have the same humor as them. And Lang said he couldn’t discuss this with the other boys. Lang really came around.

They went to go see Ray at Parson’s. I don’t remember a ton, but he had had a few therapy sessions and was really realizing what he did was wrong and wanted to change. He also very much appreciated Yuno coming and being there for him. And Yuno made no jokes-but with Mickey he did, because he knows what his friends need for comfort. Oh! Ray got recommended group therapy with everyone. I think it’ll be a long time before Mickey is willing to but I think that’s a very good idea.

I like what happened. Yuno/Sykkuno had a very good take on things and Lang was right, this is a marathon, not a sprint. This can’t be fixed in a day. This will take time and effort. I think getting Ray mental help was 100% the right call. It was drastic not in the kick him out way but in the he needs help. He needs to be locked away to get help and then we can start our road to recovery. And Ray is willing to change-Now Mickey has to realize he has to realize his faults in the past six months.

My view of the situation is much more gray and Ray leaning than 24 hours ago which is EXACTLY how it should be with good RP.

All hacker fleeca-palleto-vault today??? The lore of it is that Lang(Buddha), Mickey(Blau), and X(XQC) were all on Team Rocket on the OTV Rust server and would do oil rig raids together(which I miss Sykkuno, Ash, and Jack doing). Green card, blue card, then red card. I guess they decided to do the same thing in GTA and hit all the banks back to back and also invite Yuno! So that’ll be fun!

No amazing getaway driver though so we’ll see if they get away. They’ll stack the fines if they get caught and they’ll have like 6 hostages, lots of evading cops... Also Sykkuno said his cop character should be making an apparence by the end of the week! I hope that means we get Conan and AJ(if Randy is unbanned) again because I miss those two. Like it has been so long since Conan has been around the city. Okay not important I just got on the topic of cops but Euno will be exciting!

... also I’m watching Dundee’s last stream and he’s in a new place! He has a new house and he has a study and he’s not in a shed and I’m happy for him! Dundee deserves it! It’s so light and open! I missed Dundee too.
