Fadhila hupitia Jumuiya ya Waingereza na Watanzania (BTS) na kitengo chake cha TDT = shirika la Mfuko wa Maendeleo Tanzania. BTS ilianzishwa mwaka 1975, na mlezi wake sasa hivi ni Rais mstaafu Ali Mwinyi. BTS ilimkaribisha Makamu wa Rais Mheshimiwa Suluhu Samia, aliyekuja London wiki hii kudhuruia mkutano wa Viongozi wa Jumuiya ya Madola. Kawaida viongozi hutegemewa hotuba ndefu zenye maelezo yanayochosha masikio. Mhe Suluhu alitua chuo kikuu cha lugha za Afrika na Mashariki ya Kati (SOAS) akasalimiana na kupeana mikono na wananchi wa pande zote mbili.
