Ingredients: 4 tbsp all-purpose flour. 2 tbsp cocoa powder. 3 tbsp granulated sugar. 1/4 tsp baking powder. 3 tbsp plant-based milk. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. 2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a mug that can go in the microwave. Milk made from plants, oil made from plants, and vanilla extract should be added. Mix until it's smooth. Add chocolate chips on top of the baked goods. For one minute and thirty seconds on high, or until the cake is set but still a little gooey in the middle. Take it out of the microwave slowly and let it cool for one minute. Warm it up in the mug and eat it by itself or with dairy-free ice cream.
