I already have a first proper post! Today we discovered Nesryn Arete's existence.

She showed up as a white dove this evening, but for the past few days I've been having thoughts about names she likes (her truename & Lynet specifically) & hearing another dæmon's voice beaides my Praxis.

It's interestimg to see how distinct they are, like black & white--literally. Praxis is much more direct, blunt & motivated to get things done & act with honour, while Arete is softer, more wild & sweeter.

I think we're going to make an excellent team. I adore Praxis, but sometimes he is not who I need to be the best I can be & it already feels like Nesryn complements him perfectly.

Pairs

Thought about how my daemons' dynamics have shifted since Lynn came around. Rhea is still a contrast to everyone. Cayde is rude and bitter while she is polite and optimistic. Rhea is much calmer and in control compared to Tess. Lynnette is fueled by anger and has an impatient drive, but Rhea is patient and kind.

We thought about what would happen if they all paired off into human/daemon pairs. Who would compliment, or at least complete, the other. Without much hesitation Cayde claimed Lynnette and Tess got Rhea.

Rhea with anyone makes sense. She definitely balances all of them and is probably the key to Ashe being so well put together. But Cayde and Lynnette are a bit different. They don't complete each other. It's more like they can compete with each other. Take the other on headfirst and come out fine. I also don't think Lynnette only takes on some of my intrusive thoughts. I think she also has some of Cayde's. So their pairing makes some sense. He keeps her in check and she gives him an outlet for emotions and thoughts he won't allow himself to express.

I realize there is a deeper meaning behind their relationship. What it's saying about me at the moment. But hey, that's for a different day.

On October 25th me and @bigbadblackborzoi finalised the design for the multidae flag I've been working and considering since last year. Multidae need a flag. We have needed a flag ever since conservatives tried to invalidate multidaes in the big Discourse of May 2019.

We need a flag to show our pride, our validity and that each and every one of us is special.

The Greek letter μ (mu) symbolised the m in multidae.

Red symbolises passion, excitement, energy and strength.

Beige symbolises unification and calmness.

White symbolises purity and peace.

Grey symbolises security and dignity.

Brown symbolises the earth, home, comfort and stability.
