(Slight rant but-

I hate posts like "Me looking through ATA posts talking about their soft uwu boy Wooly being secretly mean when it's revealed Rebecca has cool psychic powers and the whole twist shows how children of color are take advantage of in the industry, and how you sometimes can't trust those closest to you, and-"

What does Rebecca/Amanda have psychic abilities add to the story? What does Wooly secretly being a groomer add to the story? The answer to both? NOTHING. These are pointless twists. Rebecca being a normal girl makes what she went through all the more tragic. She didn't need "psychic powers" to get Hamlen's attention. THEY ARE EVIL. And Wooly being revealed as basically a groomer makes the moments we were supposed to sympathize with him moot. Btw

Why would they spend so much time showing both the good and bad sides of Wooly, making him seem like a complex character who cared for Amanda but was bad at noticing what she needed? If this was their plan all along, why would they have so much marketing of them just being casual with each other? Or more to the point, why wouldn't they make it more obvious that he was not a good person?? Make his bad traits outweigh any good ones??

Amanda was not treated any better in ATA 3, so don't make it seem like we don't care about her. 90% of her fucking lines in the tapes are just "remember when I was a little girl? I used to be alive. You remember?" followed by Wooly trying to gaslight her, WHICH HE NEVER DID BEFORE TO THIS EXTENT!! (I didn't see what he did in ATA 1+2 as gaslighting so much as trying to keep her calm and the Colton Anomaly at bay-).

Rebecca being alive is the WORST ending because all the people she loves are dead, she's severely traumatized, most likely is stuck in the mindset of a 7 year old, and now her body is now gonna slowly rot away. And if that doesn't kill her, Hamlen (WHO'S STILL OUT THERE, AS SEEN WITH THEM BURNING KATE'S HOUSE DOWN) will, considering we know they can easily TRACK BOTH HER AND RILEY DOWN!

But as long as she's alive, it's a HAPPILY FUCKING EVER AFTER, right?!

Part of me wonders why I don't get much by way of inbox stuff. Just like random IC interactions, quick asks, prompts, etc. I'm pretty sure it's more or less I've had times of being bad about reply/posting them but even when I'm in a good rhythm things are slow if moving at all. Surely it's just because whatever posts I make get literally pushed down on people's pages due to whoever else they follow posting at the same time.

I wake up hoping for a good day coz ey today imma head out to city take care of some papers, hang out with hubby and his mom a bit and then.....*bing bing* Then I check out a notification on my phone got a lengthy text from my own oh so dear and caring mom....first thing I notice she uses my full name (which she only does if something is wrong or I did something wrong....usually its the latter). She offers to come to my house and HELP me with organizing my home, imagine she is willing to stay 2-3 days to do so! Oh wow so generous so loving.....I admit I am not the most organized person but both my husband and I make sure we don't live like hoarders either.....and she did same shit to my brother years ago when he was living with his wife in their own apartment......................now I'm pissed, offended and disappointed. Yes I get it she might be doing that out of good intention.

But she never...ever visits my home, whenever I invited her to do that she makes an excuse, even if I invite her for coffee outside my home nope....to busy being retired and polishing her house until she can see her reflection on the floor. Even when we organize family celebration here to which my husbands father who had 3 STROKES and he can barely walk, he cant lift heavy things, he gets sleep sometimes...he still wanted to participate and just be with us.....my mom who is relatively healthy....uhh nope she has something else to do...
