So I was going to make a post about this when one of my darling friends sent me the post @poitionsprince has made about this. I felt they articulated my thoughts much better than I would, so the bellow writing is entirely credited to them though I’ve shortened it significantly.

The second you agree to a political kill you agree to all political kills, regardless of the political side you're on.

You cannot claim to be against something and then celebrate it.

Saying someone should not be killed is not the same as supporting their views. It is supporting the same right you should have: of expressing yourself and your opinions.
