Pre workout juice blast!
This juice will give you the perfect energy blast you need to power your workout. I juiced and drank this right before my jump rope/ push up cardio and ab session and had so much energy I just kept going. I usually don’t like to add any fruit to my juices as to avoid excess sugar and calories and of course I like to get the most green bang for my buck. But pre workout is a different story. The beets and apple and carrots really supply the energy you’ll need for any workout. My recipe for 2 large juices:
2 to 3 cucumbers or 1 cucumber and 5 stalks celery
2 carrots
2 beets
1 red pepper
1 head of romain
4 chard leaves
2 cups spinach
1 lemon (not shown)
1 inch ginger (not seen)
I have been using a cold press juicer
