Just finished the campaign, here are some screenshots I took of the boys.

SPOILERS AHEAD!!

Quite honestly, I liked playing it, I wish it had been longer, and that they made Soap's death more... meaningful? sadder? These guys worked together for 4 years by that point, and yet they barely showed any emotion when he got shot.

EDIT: this game was more realistic than the previous games, so at the very least now that I mourned I can understand why his death was like that. Makarov was and still is free, and these men are used to death. I'm sure they all mourned his death in their own way, but at the same time, they already know their career as soldiers will always end with a bullet to the head.

It's also sad but also... nice? how Soap has no family besides the 141, so they were the ones to get his ashes.

ALSO why tf they gave Gaz green eyes for ONE scene? LMFAO in the other scenes he's back to having brown eyes
