i used pinterest to find my snow overlays , i use ibis paint for the glow around the frame , and capcut to combine all of this with a image and make it into a video

i then run that thru ezgif and then there u go!! ♡ i usually make the gif size supr small.. ( 100x - 300x )

for transparent gifs using frames , i use alight motion and turn it into a gif from there and crop the wm out with ezgif..
