So my step moms father passed away and i am stepping up to take care of his fish (names unknown)

They CANNOT stay in this 5g and im going to put them in my 42g tomorrow as a temp home

So if anybody in this community has any ideas about indoor ponds on a budget i am all ears give me your thoughts!

Pictures of my new boy Tripe, who has settled in to his 5g just fine but refuses to acknowledge pellets as food for some reason?? Picky little brat will be dining on only the finest brine shrimp and blood worms until i can get my hands on some garlic guard

More pictures of lipgloss’s blemish thing, its definitely concave but now its got whitish bits in the middle? He is still behaving normally and eating.

I have him in a quarentine set up with tetracycline, lfs guy says its probably wen growth but it doesnt look like any of the pictures of wen growth ive found. He also says it could be a bite or other injury? None of the pictures ive found online really match it

Im gonna do the full treatment and then put him back in the 42g as i wont be able to get anymore of this med (or probably any other because of the ban), if anyone has any advice please let me know!

Anyone have an idea what this spot on lipgloss’s head is? Ive added melafix and stress guard to the tank just now and i do 50% water changes every other day
