Striving To Be a Better Artist 2019
One of my new year resolutions is to learn a new language (Japanese) wish me luck!
Do you have any resolutions for 2018?
Oh, I do! 😊 …Which is rare for me, I’ll admit; because I’ve never been the sort of person who was interested in setting resolutions for myself, since I was little. It just never really appealed to me, and that’s how I’ve lived for all of my life; all the things I wrote down in elementary/primary school? Copied off the kid sitting next to me, so that I could get good marks & not have a teacher patronising me about not cooperating with her class. I never stuck to them, and I never really cared to.
However, I’ve actually gathered some resolutions that I really hope to stick to; for both my well being & my general health, and I’m feeling very out of my depth rn.
1) Veganism: Due to some recent health issues that have made it increasingly difficult for me to eat a lot of things with chemicals & animal products, I’ve decided that 2018 is going to be the year where I actually take care of myself for a change, and transition into the vegan life style. At a later date, I plan to start heading to the gym; but it isn’t a resolution atm.
2) LARPing: Something I don’t often post about on this blog, but I’m actually super into LARPing, and would love to attend my first game soon! Unfortunately, I’m considered under age for the majority of the games that I would absolutely adore to attend; such as College of Wizardry, Convention of Thorns, Bothwell School of Witchcraft—and so many more. Due to my age, I’ll have to wait until next year & probably the year after to attend any of these absolutely beautiful games, but I intend to find some games that allow under 18s to attend this year; to boost my confidence & knowledge of the activity. I really wanna get outta my comfort zone, tbh. c:
3) Languages: I’d love to learn more languages this year; specifically German, British Sign Language, French, Spanish, Italian…and others. :p But those are the main few for the minute; I just wanna learn them all, tho. I also wanna start planning journeys to different countries this year, and generally learn about cultures, and the sort…I’m so freaking hyped, man.
And I have some smaller ones that I don’t really think I’ll be able to stick to as much, due to a number of personal reasons, but these are probably the main three for now!:3 We’ll see how well I stick to them over the next few months, aha. 😊😊😊
my resolution. survive and see what 2025 throws at me because I moved to a new city in November for a new life. 2025 is ether going to make me or break me.
My resolution for next year is to write! This year had quite a few life events, one major and a few tiny ones, that paused my brain. 2025 I wanna unpause it and complete my goal of reaching a certain number of Lukadrinette fics 😂 (with some Klimax and Izutodo ~ if my brain decides I can play in the MHA sandbox ~ fics mixed in)!
Happy New Year! 🎉
It's been a while since I've posted on YouTube. Here's a little explanation and some discussion about my 2023 resolution!
Yesterday night I was obstinate about not masturbating and I literally couldn’t sleep for the whole night. So like, I’ve decided that instead of stopping I’ll get it over quickly.
My Resolution Before 2021
My resolution before 2021 will be to watch Transformers: Car Robots (the original version of Transformers: Robots In Disguise (2001) with English subtitles), containing 39 episodes.
Seeing some stock footage and comparing it with Transformers: Micron Legend (Armada), Car Robots has similar animation styles (except both anime shows were created by two different animation companies; Studio Gallop for Car Robots, and Actas, Inc. for Micron Legend), the Transformers do not have the traditional blue optics for the Autobots and red optics for the Decepticons (optic color is not a factor to distinguish the difference between Autobots and Decepticons/Predacons), Optimus Prime's mold in both versions look very similar, and both were made in the early 2000's (Car Robots in 2000 or 2001, and Micron Legend in 2002 or 2003). Also, the Decepticon (I mean Predacon) leader has a more menacing name than Megatron; the leader's name is Gigatron (since "giga" is bigger than "mega").
The overall show looked really impressive, and probably worth watching as many times as I can. I would assume that, judging by some of the similar animation styles, Micron Legend got their animation ideas from Car Robots; another reason for me to check out Car Robots.
I plan on watching Episode 1 around next month when I have the time; right now, I have to plan when, next month, should I start watching. Once I have spare time, however, then to Transformers: Car Robots I go!
