A visual reminder to self of what a lit up sacral feels and “looks” like 🥳😂 This is not exclusive to MG’s or Generators, however it happens to be the way we receive direct communication from our environment. It’s an inner guidance we can lean on over and over again and trust that it has our best interest at heart, ALWAYS. Practically speaking, a sacral response is a visceral reaction, subtle or not, to anything in your external environment. It does not originate in the mind. However once a ‘full body yes’ presents itself, prompted by something in your life, feel free to consult your mind, just don’t let it talk you out of it. Lean into your body’s wisdom when it speaks and shows you the way, even if you don’t act on it every single time. Also check in with the other parts of you, like your authority when making the final call on a thing/decision. New to the process? When first beginning to respond and the concept feels abstract, a good place to start is noticing what you engage in on a regular basis that you rather not be. Recognizing what DOES NOT bring you joy will only clarify and hopefully clean up areas of your life. Finally, remember this is a process, not a destination we are arriving at.
