god with incestuous romance. like i haven't come back to katie / nyx in a while because of work, but this (and the writing project on my main) both have sisters that are in love but tragically. the full extent of it all doesn't come into play for ages but when it does people are going to Get It. especially for the main project.
maybe i'm a biased dyke, but being devoted to and in love with your sister to a truly apocalyptic level is i think truly hard to replicate with any other form of romantic relationship. and i want to share that stuff so bad but i need to be patient :')
idk from completely a story point of view, incest was only on my radar for the main project starting a few years ago, and romantic interest was only there for maybe the past year and a half. and that was what made me confident that the story was good enough to publish.
i really like the idea too that my projects could help girls feel seen through these relationships. they're so important and powerful to me and i really do think people would love them. honestly, i'd be writing a lot more of the really cool stuff about the sisters in the main story if i hadn't all but airgapped it from this sideblog. so maybe i stop doing that sometime. idk.
