bread is incredible and im glad you're baking! have you made marble rye? (i have no idea how bread is made) when i see that stuff in the store i always pick it up!
Bread is fantastic & beautiful! But I haven't made marble rye! Rye requires a starter like Sourdough, hence requiring more effort that I can put in. So, I haven't baked that one, but I do love a good marble rye! It's actually my favorite bread. However, I did buy some rye flour & occasionally throw a quarter cup into the bread machine in place of all normal flour.
