NAMJATOWN 30th Anniversary Celebration Includes Super Tamagotchi Lab

It’s been a minute since we’ve seen a Tamagotchi event at NAMJATOWN, actually it was back in 2021 when Tamagotchi celebrated its 25th anniversary. Now that Tamagotchi is turning 30 years old, they’re hosting a celebratory event! Oh, and did we mention that NAMJATOWN is also turning 30 too? NAMJATOWN is a kid-friendly attraction in Tokyo (Ikebukuro)  that features food, shops, and entertainment featuring popular cartoon characters. NAMJATOWN is owned by sister company Bandai Namco.

The park has recently been significant renovation in celebration of their 30 anniversary. There are new attractions including the renovated entrance as well as Taiko no Tatsujin and Tamagotchi.

Our focus of the event is Tamagotchi, and there will be a Super Tamagotchi Lab featured at the event. Around winter of 2026 NAMJATOWN will introduce a Super Tamagotchi Lab as a new attraction at NAMJATOWN. This attraction is based on the Tamagotchi Paradise device that was recently released. More information will be announced soon!
