“you’re cold” she says holding you tight “i’m gonna warm you up.” it’s been a moment since you’ve seen her, you haven’t told her about what happened. i mean how could you ever tell her? you’ve died. your blood doesn’t run anymore. your heart doesn’t beat. you’ve been infested. your body becoming a nest for these robotic bugs. the only reason you can still think and feel is because they decided to keep you. you cant tell if it’s to play with you or because they see you as useful but you’re still in this body.
the only thing left of you is pieces of your brain, skin, bones and some muscle and fat, perfectly preserved by your infestation. you know this from ripping yourself open, digging, seeing mostly everything replaced with squirming sand. it’s difficult to remember, but you part of you remembers the night they shredded everything. the night you died.
“are you okay?” she asks you. after all this time with your new insides, you’re finally safe. as much as your infestation wants her too they understand that. maybe they’ve absorbed some of your love for her. maybe this highly complex swarm is simpler than you thought, just wanting warmth and safety. “safe.” you let out.

i cant find anything good about nanomachines anywhere idk where to look anymore
theres like nothing anywhere it really sucks. mostly why i made this blog and starting writing (slightly mid) posts about them bc i love them so much and i wanna see more stuff about them
the way she gently holds you in her chassis. the way she makes her insides look solid to make it easier to use. the way she trusts you to give her commands. its just so sweet how much this balor trusts you. you trust her too, as you still pilot her knowing she could rip you apart in an instant. youre her pilot, and she’s your mech, neither of you would be able to do this without each other. she only lets *you* in her. she only knows not to tear apart *your* flesh, as much as she craves it.
when everything’s quiet you can hear her sing, a gentle humming only you can stand. its gotten a lot calmer over the years with her. she trusts you and can die happy if its along side you. as much as she still gets riled up during combat, she doesnt worry about being destroyed anymore. she loves you as much as you love her.
its very obvious that your nanobot girlfriend does wanna take over your body and steal your identity but while you still have a little control left just let her have fun with youuu you dont really have too much of a choice so try to enjoy and give in to what shes doing and saying to you

i feel bad for nanobotposting and tagging it lancer balor but to be fair i feel like a lot of balor fans are also nanobot fans but also i should start tagging them as like nanobot textpost so if they’re really just there for balors they can block it (i mean not like i post that often its just i know more than anyone how little balor posts there are)
