how well I think the NATM characters would be at a 'click on the US states on a map' quiz

(no natm3 characters bc this tier list maker doesn't have natm3 characters fuuuuck-)

reasonings below:

ahk was educated at cambridge university, i think he'd excel.

given their positions at the museum, larry and mcphee BETTER know their maps. by extension, nick too. he's a smart kid.

cecil was more educated than he let on at first to larry...

amelia was educated, grew up in the 20th century, and was an aviator she BETTER know her maps.

not much to go off of for gus and reginald but i think they're ok. not as good as cecil, but they're decent.

description for lincoln, sac, teddy is self-explanatory. they're relatively older-century but know the existence of some-to-most states.

jed & oct took the quiz together but jed carried (same description as above tier). they treated it like an equal effort though.

description for al capone is self-explanatory. don't think maps was his thing.

Sometimes I think about what would’ve happened if Custer replaced Amelia in the second movie. Like— there’s so much possibilities there. Custer could’ve had an arc about separating himself from the real Custer and how he’s his own person. It would teach lesson that your ancestors don’t defy who you are, and how you act, that you can change.

Because, if we look at it from my headcanon, the statues aren’t really who they’re representing. They’re completely separate from whatever historical figure they are. Because, let’s be honest, no actual cowboy and Roman would fall in love with each other. Jedidiah and Octavius fell in love because they’re own people.

And!! This would’ve shown perfectly through Custer!

But what am I saying? I’m ranting about a late 2000s movie. And I clearly see why they went this decision. Yet, I can’t help but thinking of the what ifs of the world….
