hello, fellow writers! i’m in dire need of finding a roleplay partner (18+) interested in writing Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3) … along with other fandoms.

About me: She/Her and I will be turning 20 in five months. Timezone is Pacific Daylight Time. I write on discord, primarily private servers as it’s easier to keep track of and organize. I’d like to talk a little bit through Tumblr messages just to get a vibe before moving to discord. I write in third person, semi to advanced lit, length varying depending on the scene. I try my best to match my partner’s length but you can usually expect 1-3 paragraphs from me! I’m pretty much free all seven days of the week as I am currently not in school or employed but if I’ve got something going on, I’ll be sure to let you know! I've recently had quite the craving for hanahaki disease au roleplays. I'm not picky as far as characters go, I have two main ones I'd like to use right now that my roleplay partner can choose from. They're all very complicated, so I am going to keep their descriptions brief.

Avemour - A 7 foot tall fantasy creature of mixed heritage, serves as the oldest princen of an empire. They use any pronouns with no preference. He's pan and demi, so any romance would need to be built up for a bit before the love and disease could take hold. Avemour is very heavily traumatized in their backstory, with themes of cannibalism, child abuse, murder, and more. Despite this, or more accurately because of it, they are actually quite a sweetheart, and value others more than anything. They have trust issues though.

Syncline - A half human, half demon librarian. They collect books from all sorts of cultures, human, monster, and everything in between. They identify as non binary, and are bisexual with a slight male preference. Do not let this discourage female characters, though! Syncline is very reserved for the most part and quite shy, save for when the topic is books or languages or when talking to a close friend. Syncline is very affectionate with said close friends, and would be very affectionate with a love interest as well.

I roleplay direct on Tumblr, through dms or posts I don't mind. I have a separate blog for Avemour ( @falseangelsflair ) but would use my main for Syncline.

Quick about and rp call

Hi, I use a lot of different names, but you can call me Indigo, Indi, Ezra, Marigold, whatever floats your boat, honestly. I use she/they pronouns, as I am currently questioning.

I am in the GMT-6 Time Zone, or Central Standard for those in the US. That said, I have a screwed up sleep schedule, because I work night shift and go to classes in the morning, so my hours a little weird.

I am 20, and will be 21 in April of this year.

My main platform is Discord, though I am also open to gdocs, email, and very tentatively, Tumblr DMs. Keep in mind, though, that I check Discord much more frequently and regularly than Tumblr.

I am a college student for mortuary science and I also work in my field full time, so I am often busy. My response rate tends to range from very fast, near lightning responses with several responses in a day to being very sporadic with a few replies over the week, depending on what class and work looks like. I do not ghost. At the very least, you'll get a message from me if I am no longer interested, and I ask the same of you. Sometimes interest is lost, life happens, and I don't demand you give an explanation, just a heads-up, if you need to drop an rp with me.

I've been rping since about 2013-2014, so almost 8 years now. I generally do ocxoc plots, or even just oc mumu. I am over 18, and ask that my partner be the same, for both the sake of potential mature content and keeping within my own age range.

I'm also looking for someone okay with ooc chatter. Some of my best friends are my rp partners and I'd love to make new ones!

I tend to write para and multi-para reaponses up to novella length, just depending on the scene and characters. I am not personally a fan of one-liners. My characters are also 18+, more commonly 20+, and have a range of muses that extend from a small handful at 18, a significant number in their 20s and 30s, and even a few that are in their 40s and 50s, and I'm willing to make new ones for plots if I feel my current ones don't fit. If you want to have a range with muses, especially older muses, I'm here for it.

I write men, women, and nb individuals, and I also do all pairings (fxf, mxm, all nb combos, and mxf), with a slight preference for the first three over the fourth one. Still open to mxf, just not always what I'm looking for. I also typically write switches, with some leanjng more firmly towards submissive and some more dominant, and then those near perfectly in the middle.

I do ask of course that you be lgbtq+ and poc friendly, especially with muses.

While I am not poc, I have several poc muses and love having variety in both who I play and who I play against.

I will usually use real faceclaims or written descriptions, based on individual comforts.

Preferred settings: Sci-fi, space/science fantasy, dystopian, apocalypse/post apocalypse, fantasy, supernatural and paranormal, urban fantasy, superpowers, crime/mafia, cyberpunk, futuristic, and honestly, probably a lot more. I don't generally like slice of life or pure romance. I prefer slice of life moments and romance plots being developed alongside the main ones.

Tropes, themes, and buzzwords: Superpowers, enemies to lovers, worldbuilding, fake dating, arranged marriage, spies/criminals, assassins, magic, royalty, dark academia, polyam, slowburn, monster hunters, vigilantes, John Wick-esque action, and probably more

I do have a vague plot for a f/f Hades and Persephone plot in a fantasy world and a royalty x bodyguard/assassin plot that I'd love to do as well. Mumu heist group, superpowers, dnd-esque fantasy, or science/ space fantasy, scifi, and futuristic plots are also welcome

Burning Passion - Arsonist x Arsonist

She had first caught his eye with her bright red hair that was impossible not to stare at. Underneath her long lashes, lively leaf green eyes gazed back with a fire within them. She blinked back from across the town and glanced down to her coat pocket.

The arsonist squinted to see what she was showing him. They caught a glimpse of something silver...with a small flame briefly flickering, then going out.

She was an arsonist, too. They glanced away, surprised. She was just like them. She must set fires to feel joy in her heart. Fitting, her hair looks like a flame in the sunshine.

The arsonist bit their tongue. A deep feeling of admiration overcame them...it was undoubtedly the start of a burning passion that would rage on forever.
