Studyblr prompt 1: What does my study space look like?
✨️ A library storage room ✨️
~ ○ 🏫📚🖊📓🖇📖🖇📒🖌📚🏫 ○ ~
It's a mess. It's distracting. But it's home.
My family had this extension to our house built for work but also stored most of the books we owned that continuously piled up in our house. Needless to say, it was easily clutter and piled with even more stuff.
Yet due to me coming back to college, I needed space to do work again, and our bedroom was not ideal. So, we managed to make space for me to do work and even ended up air-conditioning the room since SEAsia's summer months have been unforgivable.
My desk gets cluttered quick as of late but so far I've been managing.
Does it bother me or distract me easily?
So much is happening on this desk. Heck, so much is happening in the room that all of you aren't seeing. Most people would say that it's more ideal to clear your space to help focus and I agree. Yet somehow, even with most of the clutter, it still worked for me and I managed to survive an entire school year. Not the most ideal, but I have to make do.
The most that I do is clear out the area around my mat to at least have enough space to do work and a little at the front to make room for my laptop.
Now, as for my space on campus, I've failed to take a picture of that so have some old photos instead 👇
The school's library has cubicles lined two of its walls; which was ideal for me since they were nicely spaced from each other, but for some reason they decided to stick them too close for comfort. And now it's all ruined for me ☹️
Nonetheless, I still use them this semester.
But, other than that. Another part of the library simulates a very warm space despite not having said lighting. The desks had very light and yellowish wood textures that gives this impression to that section of the library.
I don't think I realized this sooner, but it seems my goals for this semester are to be more unapologetically Goth and ND than I've ever been last year.
Like, look, I'm not gonna circle around why I do certain things and how easy it is for me to get tired. I'm gonna stop worrying over what people think about me just to ease my OCD over contamination.
"Are you diagnosed?"
I'm working on that. And what are you, a cop? A person still has diabetes whether or not they get diagnosed with it. And yes, I do have diabetes.

First week of the new semester went well. Despite the photos, I might have been the only one on campus who dressed alt on the first week.
Also trying to figure out how I could get the energy to do more than one thing a day again. 3/5 of my subjects are lecture and notes heavy while the other two are output heavy.
Started my semester like this again (T▽T)

Hey, I don't normally do promotions like this, but a friend of mine, who is also autistic, recently received a grant to fund the process of compiling a poetry anthology that centers around life through a specifically autistic perspective. She's still looking for writers to contribute, and there's no cost to be featured in it.
Her project has an official tumblr, @eternally-golden-anthology. It would be great if some people could spread the word a bit. Especially if you're an autistic writer, if it seems like something you might be interested in, I'd definitely recommend checking it out!
That's all, hope everyone's having a good day!
About to start writing a short current events paper, with an apple and a protein cookie to snack on. I have coffee and earbuds, so hopefully this will be enjoyable!
Day 4/100:
I felt better today than I did yesterday.
Cleaned my room
Completed part two of yesterday's Spanish assignment
Completed a full Spanish assignment
Made myself a good dinner
Began writing a letter to a friend
