random thought about needle

This isn't some original profound idea, but it is... a thought. Yeah. Anyway, if you've paid attention to Needle in some way, you know that she's always been a team player, though she approaches teams differently in BFDIA and BFB-onwards.

In BFDIA, she helps others out for their sakes as much as she could, whether that'd be by pitching new ideas, executing others' ideas, or often taking initiative, because she felt like she was obligated to do so and sought for their approval. She also tries to stay on good terms with everyone else, her behavior when Bomby confronted her for switching and later on, being unsatisfied with his "half-forgiveness" as examples. People pleasing, basically.

Since BFB however, unlike previously, she separates her relations from the competition. She still wants to win—though she takes on a more passive role—with seemingly little care for the others' opinions on her now, contributing nowhere near as much as she did back then.

She becomes way more active in TPOT, but her treatment of the teams remains the same. She cares so little in fact, that she has no problem with trying to beat the shit out of Donut, who was her teammate not long ago at the time, and Book, who's literally her friend, just for the sake of the challenge.

(She's also generally less friendly than before lol)

I'm not sure what this implies, but it gives me hope for IDFB giving her something good alongside her inevitable separation from FreeSmart. I do like to make her suffer, but I want her to be happy too... pls bro she deserves this

There HAS to be a reason she's friends with Coiny and Pin today despite their treatment of her in BFDIA, right???????????????????
