Another gouache and neocolor sketchbook page, this time painted while watching old seasons of survivor.

Chugkh is a raptor who lives in the water and must swim through creeks and rivers to keep up with his companions, Sohlo and Jeann the snow raptor. After a traumatic event years ago, he was afflicted with a curse that causes him to start involuntarily self-immolating as soon as he's dry. To cope, he's adapted into a sea creature.

Some of his favorite catches include sockeye salmon and spruce tips. He also loves berries and honey.

Chugkh once went out onto the mudflats and got stuck when the tide started to come in. He almost got himself and others drowned because they had to go underwater to pull him free from the mud. Naturally, he's developed a bit of a phobia about mudflats and he avoids going near one as much as he can.

Chugkh is a character from Potential.
