finally have the mortasheen mutant generator table fully set up. it rolls 1-10 for the number of mutations, then continuously rolls more per the first roll, calling these methods per category that randomly rolls again for a mutation.

next goal would be to set up dialogue boxes for user experience. and alternatively or additionally add it so that the output concurrently prints to a text document for easy safekeeping
