This kid never ceases to amaze me. Just when I think I have him pretty much figured out, he throws me a total curve ball. This past weekend was no exception. One thing that we always enjoy doing when visiting my parents house is going to local yard sales or thrift stores. Luckily this past weekend, one of the towns close to them was having their town wide yard sales. We didn't think the weather was going to cooperate for us, but luckily we got some warm weather and sunshine. We were getting close the end of the sales and getting ready to head home when the boy decided he had found his ultimate treasure for the day. It wasn't a toy, it wasn't a book, it wasn't food, it was a plant. Yes, a plant! I am not exactly sure what kind it is, I think it's a hosta?!?!? But regardless, he wanted it so that he could plant it at Nana and Papa's house. He was so excited to get it! Let me introduce you to Bill. Yes, he even has a name. Never in a million years would I think that a plant was something he would come with after a day at yard sales. He always keeps me on my toes.
