Fellow Darkest minds Fans,

*spoiler ahead for the darkest minds movie and first tome*

I’ve almost finished reading the first volume of the serie and I’ve got only the part where Ruby erases herself from Liam’s memory left. And. I. Can’t. Bring. Myself. To. Read. It.

I’ve seen the movie about a month ago and during the end credits, I begged my mom to buy me the series. This book is the reason why I’ve been going to sleep at midnight for the past week or so.

I can’t believe how much this movie and book had an impact on me. The characters touched me so much in a way I only felt about few books series (such as Harry Potter, The Mortal Instruments and Vampire Academy). I fell in love with them and the writing is so fast that it makes you want to dive headfirst in the book. It’s truly awesome. Upon reading the book, I see that the movie was not perfect, but so important. (Book is always better than he movie but still!)

The movie had an inclusive cast, chemistry, action, romance, beautiful friendship portrayed and we have some scenes that are so much like the book when I read it I almost cried of joy.

I’m really disappointed that we won’t get another movie because I felt like it had so much potential for a second one!

I’m really really grateful I found this gem of a YA series and I’m so excited to read the others ! Even though I can’t bring myself to read the last pages because I’m already sensing my heartbreak 💔 Liam and Ruby are melting my heart and making me explode and I didn’t even finish the first book!

Now, that was my rant about the Darkest Minds, my newly found treasure.

I’m curious to know what the fans that read the books before the movie thought about the movie!

TO DESCRIBE THE SENSATION!

As of late I have been quite in speaking to you all. It’s not that I don’t care, I really do care maybe sometimes to much, I still have all the same hopes and beliefs for humanity that have always been....and I feel they will always remain.

I’ve been busy, getting to know myself all over again but amplified from what I was, to the outside eye that may not look the case I probably look exactly the same. But internally I feel lifted, rejuvenated and can once again harness all that I am with a balanced outlook and a clear vision. I don’t know what all of you are struggling with out there at the moment, and I am sure you are all so strong that you find your own ways of getting by. I wish I could individually sit down with all of you as I’m sure each and everyone of you have a remarkable story, perhaps someday I will. But for now I care for all of you at a distance while trying to show those I care for the most a percentage of my time and energy and as much of myself as I can muster, taking into consideration the working days and everything in between.

Some of us like to get by on our own and others gravitate to helping hands, whichever route you take the outcome will be of your own choosing. We are all remarkable I’ve said it many times and I’m sure I’ll say it many more. Some of us have a shorter time on this planet and others live well into there 100s but each person leaves behind a lasting impact.
