The wig is wrong, but the one I ordered for him hasnt arrived yet, so it was this or nothing, lol

I’m also quite sure he’s not overly impressed with his clothes, but he’ll have to settle for now.

I might try and do something with his left arm at some point, when I work up the courage to actually start practicing how to paint these dolls (has some practice heads laying around) For now though, I’m happy just having him the way he is 😊

Trinity is here! When I pulled him out of the broken box everything went all over the floor and his head cap bounced. 😂 The magnet has now been super glued in, and I dressed him in some clothing I made for him! 😍 I am very happy with him! No video this time as my batteries ran out and I didn't notice.

I just ordered her body last night from Dollshe, so here's hoping everything comes by the end of July! She's going to be my cinema queen, and I think Gal Gadot will be my faceup inspiration.

And here she is!! I actually received Susi on Monday, but I forgot to post an updated here. She’s very pretty, I’m pleased with her! I’m dying to paint her, but first I need to finish at least one more commission before I can take my brush to her face. I also need to trim the wig badly, but all in due time!

Her elbow joints are a little wonky, like it takes a lot of pulling and force to get them to go double jointed like in these pictures. But it’s nothing I can’t work with! I also realized that I’m going to need to buy some SD16 girl pants, preferably blue jeans, or black pants (if anyone has any for sale, please PM me! I can show feedback from DoA!)

I replaced the elastic she came with with some from my own stock because it was way too weak and made her horribly floppy. I sueded her too while I was at it. I had a bit of a mishap while restringing her. One of her foot s-hooks slipped and shot into her leg, embedding itself nicely in the resin. It took about half an hour to get it out, I finally had to grab a screw driver and punch it out. At least there’s no damages so that’s good!

Susi is an April Story Betty in normal skin. Eyes are glass eyes from Ersa Flora, and her wig is from Monique.
