So I Killed My F’n Yoga Mat!!

Everything was going to plan..... washed my yoga mat in the washing machine on the handwash cycle but then because i was in a rush thought a quick burst in the tumble dryer would have it ready in time for class :(

Turns out heat and rubber are not the best combanation. LOL oh well time for a new mat.

Decided to do some yoga and timed how long I did poses with the iPhone stopwatch. I did cobra, modified plank, modified side planks, bridge and poses I forget the names of. Then some crunches and laying down trunk twists...those and crunches weren't timed. I slso crutched 2 miles in the snow earlier.
