When female's ask about the body count😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 #NextQuestionPlease
Is that really good for her to be running around like that with her heart condition?
A variety of people
This is a saying that my non-vet med friends seem to be asking recently. I’ve learned to just smile and say “It’s fine, we want her to be a happy puppy as long as we can”. I then proceed to encourage Zoey to keep running around.
This is a moment where I must give a big shout out to my friend and Zoey’s vet who told me right from the beginning that Zoey could still play fetch and go for walks and run around. Zoey doesn’t need to be kept in a bubble, especially not yet. My friend has continued to remind me that Zoey can be playful. These are all moments to treasure and to let the puppy be happy. We’re not at a point where we need to take that away from her.
I have to remember that people don’t say these things to be mean, they aren’t judging me for what I’m allowing Zoey to do. And if they are, well then they don’t truly know me.
Here’s to another day filled with long walks, good romps, and a long game of tug :)
