absolutely adore the Houthis right now, anyone who tries to tell me they are โslaversโ or โthey want to kill the jews, itโs in their sloganโ can also tell me what theyโre doing to support the people of Gaza and if itโs anywhere near as effective as disrupting trade in the region so severely that the US has to start something called โOperation Prosperity Guardianโ to protect their genocidal waystationโs economy
i am an american jew, taught from a young age that israel is my birthright and the only place on earth i can be safe. i am confident in my belief that if israelโs actions lead to a global wave of anti-semitic sentiment, then we deserve it for what weโve done. every jew still offering full-throated support for israel is providing cover for one of the most heinous crimes ever committed by man. circumstances such as these justify solidarity with anyone willing to offer it.
it is impossible to condemn the houthis, or hamas, or hezbollah for taking every measure they can to prevent a genocide. there is nothing they could do that would turn me against them short of surrendering. i will maintain this position to my dying breath
