My Lions Mane & Niacin supplements finally came in the mail. Today I started out with the recommended dose of 1g of lions mane paired with 100mg of Niacin.
That Niacin flush is no joke. I felt like I had a hot ass sunburn on my face, neck and arms. It was tingly and intense but it subsided after about 20 mins and was replaced with a nice warm feeling and I felt a slight mood enhancement.
