Yeah so Nianzol is that Quincy with two tongues who.....ah, never mind. I'm just gonna give this a go. Pick-up lines for Nianzol!

What if the shinigami could steal Quincy powers? And what if the shinigami politely took turns picking a Quincy power to steal, using an order that was randomly determined? This might be the result!
[Note: The order was determined using a random number generator, and I've only used the Quincy whose powers we know something about!]
1. Nemu: Steals Nianzol's power ("The Wind")
Nemu: If I can ward off blows just by standing there, maybe Mayuri-sama will use me as a human shield slightly less often.
Nemu: Maybe.
2. Yamamoto: Steals Giselle's power ("The Zombie")
Yamamoto: It is impossible to have too many flaming zombies.
3. Sasakibe: Steals Gerard Valkyrie's power ("The Miracle")
Sasakibe: Okay....so we don't know what it is yet, but it's gotta be something dramatic and special! It's called the Miracle!!
4. Kurotsuchi: Steals Askin's power ("The Death Dealing")
Kurotsuchi: It would save time to automatically know the dosage of all poisons.
Kurotsuchi: Maybe fewer of my subordinates would need to die.
5. Gin: Steals Berenice's power ("The Question")

Hitsugaya: Having lightning powers seems like a good addition to the theme.

Rukia: There's not a whole lot of Quincy left, at this point.
Rukia: But I could use some fire powers! Just in case ice fails me.

Nanao: Being able to collect data would be good I guess.

What the Quincy do in their free time

On the rare occasions that the Sternritter get some time off, here is what they like to do for fun!
1. Nianzol
Hangs out at miniature golf courses, casually causing people to miss really easy shots.
While eating two lollipops at the same time.
2. Liltotto
Eats mountains of snacks, mostly.
Just not lollipops. Because she once saw Nianzol eating them and that ruined it forever.
3. Haschwalth
Builds houses of cards.
He's really good at getting them all balanced.
4. Mask de Masculine
Plays Guitar Hero with James.
He sings so loud he's been known to knock down Haschwalth's cards.
5. Driscoll
Plays first-person shooter games.
Killing as many people as possible just feels right to him.
6. As Nodt
Plays dating sims.
He always picks what he's sure is the best answer. He can't figure out why the woman all seem so horrified.
7. BG9
Surfs wikipedia.
He loves going from random article to random article, learning things. Or as he puts it, "collecting data."
8. Berenice
Responds to youtube comments.
Her power is self-doubt inducement, and she likes to use it to make trolls question their life choices. She calls it "troll hunting."
9. Gremmy
Hums to himself.
He's usually kept locked up, remember.
10. Bazz-B
Goes out clubbing, hoping to get his flirt on.
But usually he just ends up chatting to the bartender.
11. Cang Du
Goes golfing.
He's pretty sure his "Iron" power should make him good at using the five-iron. But so far not so much.
12. Askin
Serves as a DM for tabletop games.
His players die a lot.
