okay we're in ask mode this morning... what's it like when Amelia finally gets to Briarwood and sees all the supernatural for herself? Assuming timelines line up and this is ~15 years after the end of Mystic Force, and the integration of magical + mundane societies has worked out fairly well

(bonus points for whoever else decides to join her 👀)

Dis, I think you will really, really enjoy this thread from 2021... (One of the mooties deactivated, but oh well~ my blog preserves things for all of eternity.)

I think Amelia would lose her shit. Quite literally. And she probably drags Ollie with her to see the dragons and the mystical creatures to go “HAHA I TOLD YOU THEY WERE REAL”

But also. Ollie is very smart. He probably just smirks and deadpans, “Amelia, I said ghosts aren’t real. That’s a troll. That’s a goblin, that’s a dragon. You’re an alien. I never said “fantastical” creatures weren’t real— as rangers, we have plenty of proof for that. Don’t put words in my mouth, I’m still not proven wrong.”

And cue Amelia jones meltdown. She’s rolling around on the floor and banging it with her fists while Javi gently tries to touch her like he’s a rat trying to calm down a feral cat.

Also I think the mystic rangers are really chill with all of this. They’re kinda having fun watching all this drama happen. Maybe Nick comes in and tells Amelia in hushed whispers that there’s way too many things in these woods— she shouldn’t count her options out just yet.

(Does vida probably punch Ollie? Yes. She realises it’s very fun to bully him, despite both chip and Maddie telling her she should let him go. (IMAGINE SHE SUSPENDS HIM IN MIDAIR WITH HER WIND POWERS)

Also, emboldened by Nick’s pep talk, Amelia 99% sneaks out to go ghost hunting at night and Javi finds her missing and chases after her and they definitely do not have a paranormal experience in the supposed haunted briarwood woods~

(BONUS IF JAVI IS PETRIFIED OUT OF HIS SKIN AND AMELIA HAS TO DRAG HIM BACK LOLOLOLL)

Dino Thunder and Mystic Force Comics

So between 2004-2010, Power Rangers used to have these annuals, with mini Power Rangers comic strips. I did some research and they’re super hard to find, so I’m compiling and posting all those that i found over the next few days. They include Dino Thunder, SPD, Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive and Jungle Fury. Here are the only one I found for Mystic Force and Dino Thunder!~ Enjoy!
