That’s part of the film that should have been cut. It’s ridiculous pandering to the fans upset Finn was never, ever the male lead and not in the main Force A-plot of the Skywalker saga (key word there is Skywalker, then again J.J. also apparently forgot). It’s a bad retcon done for the wrong reasons.

I'm totally fearing 2-3 years (depending on Freema Agyeman). Unfortunately, lining up David Tennant with Catherine Tate or Billie Piper's schedules is a nightmare for Big Finish and so we only end up getting 3 per year. Most ranges seem to expand annual amounts later. If only we were getting 8+ per year like we get out of Tom Baker (who's admittedly not getting younger, so they're hurrying--William Russell likewise was prioritized until he retired when he hit his 90s).

Oh yes. I mean, my hope is that, particularly with Billie and Catherine, now they’ve seen how quick and easy recording the episodes are, they might be able to squeeze them in between other projects etc. I would love Freema to be involved too, but I’m not really sure if/when she’s free and what she’s up to now Sense8′s finished. 

In an ideal world, they could record maybe one or two every now and then when schedules line up and then release a series at the end of the year or something, you know? Because I feel like there must be a tiny bit of time where both David and Billie, or David and Catherine are between projects, and the audios can be recorded in a day so if they only did one or two at a time, it wouldn’t take much time away from their holidays or family time etc. Like, if they’ve got an overlapping two weeks where they’re not working, two days out to record audios won’t impact too badly.

But then, we also have to consider them getting other cast members, how long stories take to write and approve and edit, etc. I’d love for us to get some ones with Freema next year, but I’d also love more with Catherine and Billie.We can only hope that, now they’ve had a go at it and can see that it’s pretty straightforward to record, it might mean that they can find the time, if that makes sense?

Idk, I live in hope!

It's the Tupen triplets (Connor, Jake and Trenton). They also more prominently played baby Connor on Angel: the Series (also on the WB).

Angel was very hung up on the fact that he couldn't father children. It came up in Bad Eggs, The Prom and War Zone (Chosen, too) way before Connor happened. Angel wanted to be a father and for Buffy to have all the things he couldn't, even if she denies wanting it after learning he can't. Angel always indulged Buffy's desire for normalcy. She inspired his love of humanity. He coveted what vampirism stole. As seen with Connor, having a child made him feel part of humanity.

Saying he’s “very hung up” on not being able to father children is stretching it a bit (IMO). Most of the time when kids come up with Angel it’s in relation to Buffy’s and his lack of future, not some deep desire to procreate. Yes, having Connor gave him a semblance of humanity and normalcy, but I personally never saw any indication that Angel had some deep desire for offspring prior to having Connor.

I agree. A&E might throw some references in here and there to Disney, etc., but this seems to be a definite connection to what we have heard about 5B. If you wiki ‘Harrowing of Hell’ and the fact this was first referenced in the Gospel of Nicodemus, I think we have our foreshadowing to 5B storyline. Not like we didn’t know it already but nice to know this is where they are heading.

Oh, I’ve seen every Buffy episode :) I respect Buffy and Angel’s relationship, especially season 3. But I’ve never really shipped it. I have always been a Spuffy girl, but I’m starting to rethink it by what direction the VA books are going in (and before I go any further, you should really check the books out).

The protagonist has entered into a relationship similar to that of Spuffy because of what happened with the Angel to her Buffy (again, think of seasons 2 and 3). However, I do NOT like the way this relationship has been written, and I REALLY don’t like the guy she’s with that reminds a little of Spike. So, yeah, I may have change my shipping ways.

I’m holding out hope that the Buffy and Angel of this story will come to their senses in the last book and reunite, otherwise I will feel as if I sort of wasted my time becoming so dedicating to reading these books (which is what I felt after finishing the penultimate book)

Horrible Histories is your friend if you need depictions of less famous ones (Scottish ones, too). Mat Baynton has the best Charles II ever.

HH had crossed my mind I just wasn't sure if I'd be able to get high resolution versions to use, plus isn't HH more in a comedy/parody vein? but again a name is better than no name lol thank you for the tip!
