Best thing my mother has said all day:

Day 20: I have met people that has stomach issues but not really anyone in person with the same exact issues as me. I don't really talk to a lot of people. I have a coworker who has really bad IC and she is constantly in pain. She helps a lot because she understands how hard it is. She also makes me feel better about it because she can tell him in pain and understands me. Other people in office don't get how hard some days are and just say things like "maybe you should change your diet" and it's like weird I didn't think about that option before I gave up everything good to eat. They just assume stomach problems it must be my fault. They don't get that sometimes it doesn't matter what I eat, it is still going to happen because there is something legit wrong with me. So having someone who believes me helps.
