The biggest question I’ve been asked this year..... “Do you eat real food?” Now before I reveal my answer, you must understand that I realize that this question doesn’t come from a bad place. Most people who ask this question have been misled to believe that you must skip meals or drink coffee for breakfast . I know, because I used to be one of them. My response .... What do you consider “real food”? I ask this because society has been conditioned to think that “real food” can only come in the chewable form that’s hard for your body to process. The Answer .... 💯% Yes. I drink two shakes (each one equivalent to 3 plated organic meals with a perfect macro ratio, 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% healthy fats) and one healthy fork🍴 and knife 🔪 meal each day (oh, plus snacks and drinks). Living this lifestyle is not only super convenient but has allowed me to feel the best I’ve ever felt. Occasionally, I still enjoy all the things I want ... 🍕, 🍔, 🍰. However, the best part of this lifestyle is that once I started nourishing my body with real, pure supernutrition my cravings for sweets and unhealthy food diminished. No more cravings! Life is more fun when you have balance and consistency. Eating right “some times” will only give you “sometime” results. Daily consistent actions over time will lead to “real” changes.
