No bean chili. I don't like the taste of black bean, pardon my French, but yeah. That's why I wanted to enjoy in this famous dish skipping the ingredient I am not very fond of, so if you are one of those weirdos , here is the recipe. On medium heat, cook finelly choped onion, couple of garlic cloves, one yellow bell pepper and one spicy pepper. After couple of minutes add 400g of ground beef and stir occasionally, until beef is browned. Once it's cooked, add 3 tomatoes sliced into small cubes and couple of spoons of tomato juice. Proceed with spices, add chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt and black pepper, by taste. Finally add beef stock from one cube. Cook for aroubd 30 minutes.
