hmmm, I’m actually not sure I can give you a ton of original content, as they’re not one of my primary PoCon ships, but let me see!

- this image. yeah. every officer meeting in this army is chaos anyways but then if these two disagree on something and Nobunaga has to draw the final line it’s going to be so messy.

- Ranmaru was the son of a high-ranking warrior who served the previous warlord of Dragnor. Their relationship was. not good. Ranmaru chose to join Nobunaga’s army when he staged his power seize and played a pretty instrumental role in getting Nobunaga a foothold with Dragnor’s aristocracy.

- Ranmaru was good friends with Oichi, and is only older than her by a couple of years. Her defection obviously hit both him and Nobunaga pretty hard, but Ranmaru felt like he had to take the brunt of the emotional blow so that Nobunaga wouldn’t look weak or undercut.

- Bouncing off this, Ranmaru was one of Nobunaga’s only officers who wholly believed in Nobunaga’s cause, with no ulterior motives of his own. He always kind of assumed that everyone else felt the same way until Oichi’s defection, which if anything only served to strengthen his loyalty to Nobunaga and wanting to prove that he was someone who would stay through anything, even if the tide were to turn against them.

- all three of the unholy trinity are consenting to the open relationship, but Ranmaru gets jealous the most often. Even though, if anything, he’s the one spending more time with Nobunaga after the events of the game.
