hi guys! this is my first time sharing a build, i was super inspired by the aggretsuko net cafe. No one told me how hard it is to do something with no cc! so you can add a gamer space to any build you want. i'm pretty sure the stairs will disappear and you will have to add them and it'll definitely have to be moved around to be used correctly. I'm sorry for any inconvenience! Hopefully my building skills will get better. i also own almost all the packs and kits, i have a problem. lmao.

Hey everyone! Excited to share my newest build, it's a NOCC apartment build for Newcrest. It also includes a cute little corner store for pictures or anything you may want to add. All six units are fitted with only kitchen and bathroom basics so they can be customized for each new sim as you go. They are all identical layouts with 2 beds and 1 bath. The bedrooms are quite small though so please keep that in mind if you plan to try them out yourself!

This has been my second attempt at street view realism in this style after I did some studies on the New Orleans style for some personal builds. I think it really helped me add those extra details that really rounded this build out and I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.

sort of a small clinic for my new concept world mariner's rest. old fashioned but well-run. i think it would be kind of fun to use it as an inpatient facility as some kind, maybe for the elderly. i kept trying to build one of those in the regular worlds but i settled on hospital in the end.
