What we think about we offer to relationships and everyone else we know is rooted in self worth. The level of value we bring into our daily lives produces stronger relationships. When we understand more about our self worth and the impact it has on people around us, “what do we believe about ourselves”?
Belief in ourselves radiates off of us and we get back what we send to others. If the level of worth is low people will respond back with what we think about ourselves. People can tell what we feel and give back the same, it is telling when we receive disrespect that we have low self worth.
Self worth is at the base of our lives and crucial in development of valuable relationships. The danger of thinking that someone else is better, or they have something special, we will only receive the same lack of respect. When we don’t garner reciprocation we feel unloved and isolated. Low self worth brings unhappiness which has ripple effects in all other areas of our lives.
How do we feel along side others? Do we feel listened too? Do we feel our input is valuable? What were we told about ourselves in actions or words?
Self worth sets the road to happiness and ‘we can” develop higher worth in ourselves.
Discover what we excel at and dwell on it,
Believe in who we are, might take work especially if we were told differently in youth, or thought we didn’t measure up the same as we grew up,
Our thoughts are telling us who we are and maybe its time to redirect them.
Self worth is at our base, which builds in one direction or the other, everyone has experienced low self worth but if its crippling to our lives it is time to take charge.
We all want to be who we are, better self worth, the more happiness that surround us.
