The way nonbinary people and their partners define their sexualities will always trump what "makes sense" to a random person uninvolved in the relationship.
All sexualities have the potential to be attracted to nonbinary people. Not all nonbinary people will be comfortable dating all sexualities. One person not being attracted to nonbinary people doesn't mean another person with the same label being attracted to nonbinary people is wrong or vice versa. These ideas coexist.
