How would you rate their pain tolerances?

Dipper: A freaking wolf chewed on his leg. He feels NOTHING!

Mabel: She has a pretty high pain tolerance seeing as how she bedazzled her face. Ow.

Coraline: She played Hockey I think? She should have a decent pain tolerance. Especially when she is on adrenaline.

Wybie: I think he has an average pain tolerance but I am willing to discuss this one. His posture makes me question it…

Norman: This kid got freaking shocked and fell from the roof and got up to keep going to save the day! Chuck him up there with Dipper and Mabel!

Neil: I want to say he has a low pain tolerance. He can get stuff done if he’s hurting, but most of the time he’s done for if the task isn’t important.

Raz: Boy is a circus acrobat. I don’t think his pain tolerance is low. Not as crazy as the Pines Twins, but he can handle some pain.

Lili: I think she is around Wybie level? Maybe a touch higher.

Wirt: I think he has a decent pain tolerance. It’s not insanely high or anything but Wirt trips and falls a lot, gets smacked by stuff, jumps through boarded windows, stuff like that, and just gets back up like it was next to nothing. That takes some tolerance.

Greg: Greg doesn’t deal with that stuff as much, in fact if you look in the show, Wirt protects Greg during some of that stuff like the window. Greg does have some tolerance though as you can tell in episode one. I think he has a lower tolerance due to his age, but I don’t think it’s zero.

Anne: She’s got to have a decent tolerance, or an ability to push through pain. She was walking around Amphibia with one shoe!

Marcy: Her tolerance has got to be higher. Maybe like Wirt. She’s clumsy and probably has walked into a locker. Also there is the axolotling…

Sasha: She probably has Pines Twin pain tolerance or a bit lower.

Luz: This girl I think has a Dipper level pain tolerance. I don’t remember why, but something makes me think she does.

Part two of what became our Halloween-Thanksgiving spooktacular! Sorry for the delay, but my poor sister -- who works her fingers to the bone with her excellent art -- got sick, and it slowed things down a bit. But now things should be much faster, and we'll have this wrapped up before November! It's took longer than expected, but like Toto said, love isn't always on time!

This comic actually marks the first time several of these characters have appeared on this blog! What fun! Mitch's BF's design is based on the one used on the old Ask-Norgatha blog I never shut up about. Of course, this all just gave my poor sister more stuff to do. Be sure to mention in the replies what a jerk I am for working for her hard XD

If they had superpowers what would they be?

Oh heck yeah! Super powers!

Dipper: I am thinking Doctor Strange or Zatanna-esque where he just straight up uses magic.

Mabel: For some reason due to Mabel Juice, I am thinking of Mabel doing something like Honey Lemon from Big Hero 6 where she has concoctions that do different things. Glitter smoke bomb is totally one of them.

Coraline: Leaning right into the water witch sort of idea. (Trying not to think Spider-man.)

Wybie: He is more like Batman where he makes gadgets and such to use!

Norman: The fact that he is a seer works very well. Now maybe being able to call on the ghosts to help him, that would step that power up a bit. Of course he hangs out with the ghosts when he’s not calling upon them. You need to keep the ghosts happy.

Neil: I’ve been trying to think, and the best I can think of is a sort of Danny Phantom sort of ordeal. He does use this power to play with his dog too.

I do probably have to come back for Neil though since Danny Phantom can be an MK.

Raz: He can already be a hero if he wanted to to be honest. If we wanted to step away from his normal powers though, I can see three options:

.Goggalor

.Water hero

.Something relating to his telekinetic ball.

And of course he is also like Dick Grayson where he has his acrobatics.

Lili: She has a similar situation to Raz where she can straight up be a hero but, doing the same thing as Raz:

.Plant hero

.Fire hero (very likely)

She also has her animal sidekick Herald.

Wirt: I’ve thought of several ideas for him (a My Hero Academia version with all of those limitations and a normal one.) and the idea I liked best is a plant based hero. He uses seeds to grow things and can talk to plants.

The My Hero Academia sort of one involves him using poetry to control the weather and plants. To do what he wants to do, the poem needs to mention it.

Greg: Definitely shapeshifting into different animals. He can now be the tiger he wanted to be.

Luz: Honestly her rune gig would be a pretty good power. An alternative idea would be where she is similar to the Hulk or Wolverine where she can turn into her demon form from the finale.

The Calamity Trio: They technically already have their anime hero forms as said in the show. If it was used again it might need to be dumbed down but yeah, crystal prophecy girls and I love them.

Hey have you checked welcome home blog ? Beacuse there was a huge update on this blog.

I have! That was the my first time checking out that blog too! I was frustrated when my interest peaked while the website was down for a few months.

Dipper: While he is itching to look at that blog, he is unfortunately afraid of puppets. He will not be checking it out.

Mabel: She loves Welcome Home on the surface level.

Coraline: She’s not so sure about this.

Wybie: It’s freaky, but he and Norman work together on it.

Norman: ^

Neil: He probably looks over Norman’s shoulder the whole time.

Raz: Raz was probably all ready to check out this website, but something psychically seems to be bothering him whenever he tries to get into the site. Why won’t he pick up the phone?

Lili: She has the same issue but to a lesser extent.

If the MK had to pick their favourite person in the group, who would it be?

Mabel: “I have to pick one??? I can’t just pick one… I think I will have to say Neil then. Or my bro-bro.”

Dipper: “Probably Norman if I am being honest. Of course I love Mabel since she’s my sister but I have to pick Norman.” (Interpret this reason however you like.)

Coraline: “I have to say Wybie. Norman and Lili are close seconds though.”

Wybie: “uh… Probably Coraline. She’s a lot of fun.”

Norman: “I think Dipper. I like watching movies with him.”

Neil: “I have to pick Mabel. It’s the only thing that makes sense!”

Raz: “Lili is my favorite person of course! Why would you even need to ask that?”

Lili: “I’m thinking Raz but Coraline is also a badass!”

Wirt: “I… Would have to say Dipper. I get along with him well I think.”

Greg: “Wirt! I have to pick my favorite brother o’mine!”

Luz: “Oh my gosh I have to pick Marcy. Sure she isn’t like Amity or the others but I really like her.”

Sasha: “I of course have to pick my girls Anne and Marcy but, Coraline is also chill.”

Marcy: “Ooooo, that’s a hard one. I think Dipper. He understand Dungeons and Dragons and the other stuff I like.”

Anne: “I don’t have to pick just one right? Wow ah, I think I would have to pick Luz. Sasha and March too though!”

Their thoughts on the Boiling Isles? (Besides Luz)

Dipper: He's absolutely enamored by everything. He wants to learn about everything! Mabel: From a less "wanting knowledge" standpoint, she is also very curious about everything. Coraline: She would be kind of paranoid by this place. Sure it's neat but just, other magical dimensions has not gone well for her in the past. Wybie: It's kind of neat, until the freakiness starts. He'll get used to it though. (Something about him liking slugs makes me think so.) Norman: He would find it kind of neat, but then be like "what do you mean the rain is dangerous???" The ghosts would be very interesting to him though. He would probably be the first person to find out Belos is up to something. Neil: He's pretty chill with this place actually. Neil and Mabel will probably make a lot of friends with random people. Raz: He is not phased at all! He's seen freakier places in brains. If someone says to stay away from the water, he'll just be like "okay? Already doing that." Lili: She is similar to Raz in not being phased by this place. She probably would very much be interested in the flora though. It's pretty interesting. Wirt: Definitely paranoid about everything. And what do you mean the rain is dangerous?!? Greg: He shall join Raz and Lili in not being phased. He is going to run head first into everything. Also, if anyone were to get a palisman, it would be this kid. Anne: "Hey that place looks familiar!" At this point, she might be a bit protective of the others, but she will be pretty quick to figure out what is dangerous and what isn't. She's been in other worlds before and has even lived there. This is fine. Sasha: Might be like "oh come on!" about ending up in another world again but will pick up on things quickly. She might end up fighting something. Also, if someone were to become Grom Queen, I'd vote Sasha. Marcy: She can and will make a whole other journal about this place. She will be enamored by everything and ready to learn about it all, magic included. If she learned about how to make potions in Amphibia, she will learn magic here. She also will start a D&D game. All in all, I think they would all do well at the Boiling Isles. Some of them will be ready to fight the power, but they would all probably end up committing crimes with Eda. (Dipper and Mabel especially.)

Shocking correlation I made

Anyone see the phenomenal movie Paranorman?

Last night I had a dream about that movie where I misread Norman Babock as Norman Bates (I’m sure you know who he is)

I made a correlations

Babock and Bates are very close

Norman Bates was a demented disturbed lunatic, and Norman Babock was seen as the same despite the fact he was a pretty normal kid.

Maybe the name Norman Babock was supposed to be a reference to that.
