New Crest Dormitory: “The Dorm We All Wish We Had”
Since Sims 4 is sadly still missing a University EP ( @thesimsofficial pls ), I have created a (luxury) dorm for your precious young adults! This is perfect for storytelling or if you just want to have a big place for your sim and their friends to reside in. Since everyone’s sim has their own style, I left the dorm rooms pretty generic so you can customize them to your heart’s desire. I have all packs except for Get Famous (I’m broke, help a girl out, jk). There is MINIMAL CC included (I know you’re thinking how hard it was for me to use hardly any CC in a build). All CC is in a folder in the download, but I will list the CC creators below because RESPECT. Please ignore my spelling error on dormitory, it is late. I swear I’m not illiterate, just too lazy to fix. If there are any issues, please message me! This is my first time uploading a S4 lot.
