Not to come for nails defense bc if I was with a man for like over 5 years and we didn’t get engaged I would be like yeahhh but people from the uk love like getting together with someone and not getting engaged or married like even have kids before that like gemma and her man as far as we know aren’t engaged but they are parents. i mean technically niall isn't british but i know, they may not just be looking at the marriage route. i've had friends who were together ten years before getting engaged because they had a plan of being 26 or something i forget. like it issss normal but i will joke about it
