Emmet with a Mega Chandelure?

It’s been a LOOONG time since I did a fan made mega evolution! (I think the last one I did was a Ho-Oh when I was 10) So here’s my vision of Chandelure’s Mega Evolution (though I’m not sure if Chandelure’ll get a mega, and if so, I definitely think I missed the mark on this one lmao)

Anyways! Now thinking about it, I think Emmet could be in Legends Z-A for two other reasons now (please don’t get your hopes up too much tho!)

1- Trains appear to be a somewhat a major part of the storyline in Legends Z-A, why else would the Pokémon company post this image in their storyline slides otherwise? (Pretty sure someone mentioned this before already)

I think this is a slightly different station than the Lumiose Subway station, but seems to be a major start to the story…

2- I wouldn’t necessarily count this as a major reference, but I kinda thought the rivals looked pretty close to twins (even though seems more apparent they’re counterparts of the character). But odd enough, their official 2D art relationship seems oddly familiar…

Both even have a right-handed vs left-handed similar character! (Even though seems no matter what your rival will be right-handed through gameplay). I could be delving too deep in this last one, but just something I noticed 😅

So if Emmet is in the game, I really hope we can get a special pissed-off line from him if we decide to use a chandelure! XD

Okay, I am FULLY aware I sound like an insane person but just let me lay this out for a moment:

- I grew up in Tennessee, still here today. East to be specific.

- My dad was a Preds fan. Lifelong. That was, until I converted him into a Canes fan shortly before he passed away. But he still had a soft spot for the Preds.

- Fast forward to this Father’s Day: I’m in the car with my mom. I get an email from the Preds (as I’ve bought tickets to see the Avs play them this last season, I get marketing updates) and it’s a Father’s Day promotion email from them. Like “get tickets for dad this Father’s Day!”

- I see the email. I burst out into tears. I tell my mom it’s not funny, I can’t drag a dead man to see a hockey game with me. To distract myself from grief, I then talk about Jack and his possible contract.

- I then look to our left, and there’s a car passing with a wheelchair being hauled on the back, just like my dad’s used to be. I burst into another set of tears.

- Then, jokingly, still trying to distract myself, I say, “Okay, dad. What are you saying here? Is Jack coming to Nashville?”

Then today, I find out he is. Thanks for the heads up, dad!

EDIT: my mom just informed me she went out to the shed for something this weekend, and randomly decided to bring in one of my dad’s old Preds sweatshirts. I wish I were making this up. What the fuck.

A bit about Spades since I haven't gotten the chance to talk about her yet!!!

SHE'S LIKE THE MOM OF THE GROUP!!!! She's very soft spoken, caring and sweet. She's the kind to listen to your problems while holding your hand. She'll immediately jump to help anybody, not just in a situation of danger, but also if they're just sad, or troubled.

She's also really quiet. In a party, you might not notice her presence until you bump onto her. She usually prefers to stand in a corner and enjoy watching everyone have fun.

She's the closest to Aim and Lash, but she gets along well with everyone in the group. She's the one constantly giving Emmie some company while her parents are away, pushing Sparks to get out of their comfort zone, comforting Lash when she has problems with her parents, pushing Aim to make more friends, reassuring Bria on their talents, giving Tulip the attention and appreciation he needs, and reassuring Destiny that she doesn't have to fight to be of help.

Spades of course is also a great fighter, stealth is her speciality, but she also has trajectory manipulation (to my fellow TUA fans, like Diego Hargreeves lol, that's the best explanation I can give you), so that's pretty handy:]

In general: She's just a little girl!!! oh but she could kill you actually/j

I'm rewatching Voltron now since I haven't seen the last season yet and I find myself really quite liking the Hunk and Pidge pairing! I didn't ship them the first time I watched this, but now I do!

A thought regarding recent happenings:

When Pokemon Go first came out, my local synagogue was a Pokestop, but within a few days, it no longer was displayed on the in-game map.

I figured it was because the synagogue asked for it to be taken down, but I didn’t understand why. What was the problem with attracting people to a synagogue, or just letting people know that it exists? Plenty of local churches were made into Pokestops and didn’t object to being displayed in the game. What made my local temple so different?

But now... now, I understand.
