I am really sorry that it took this long for me to finish this and it isn’t even that great but it was because I was doing my final tests and then i was with a block and i am really really sorry! Anyway, I hope you like it!!
This might be a bit au-ish because i haven’tread all the books yet (even though I have read lots of spoilers). Considerthis as a shadowhunter!simon who is still with his band. I don’t even knowif this is allowed, but I don’t really care i hope he stays with his band.
[request / read the others]
The club was dark, with neon lights all aroundand full of people – people talking, people dancing, people dancing, peopledoing all sort of things. The crowd of people dancing and walking around her made her feel at ease and hearingSimon’s band perform – even with the cheesy songs – made her feel really happy that he still had this piece of happiness after all the mess that happend with him. However a group of girls behind her were totally killing her mood.
Isabelle was having a great night until she started paying attention to the girls in a table close to hers. They kept sighing and moaning about how the band was fantastic and how the bassist was so cool and I hope the bassist is single. She felt very close to get up and rub all over their faces that yes he was taken. Izzy wasn’t the jealous type of person, but these mundanes were getting on her nerves, they were justasking for a punch in the face. Her knuckles were white from how tight wasfist and she had already turned two times to actually tell them to shut up because the bassist is very not single, thank you – ormaybe just to punch them, really – but a part of her mind kept telling her thatshe was being ridiculous and that wasn’t a normal feeling, so she stayed put, tapping her nails agains the table top.
Izzy was so focused in controlling herself tonot do anything stupid that she nearly didn’t notice the performance ending – well it would be nearly impossible not to notice it with the girls clapping and shrieking in her back. She clapped, smiling at Simon whose eyes were wandering the crowd until hefound her and smiled back.
She waited for him while he took their stuffbackstage, her heels ticking against the chair leg making a annoying noise thatthankfully couldn’t be heard over the loud eletronic music that started playing. She was already considering going backstage to catch him when she saw Simon moving towards her,an apologetic smile in the face.
He was few steps away from her when a mop ofdark hair threw herself in the middle of his way. “Hi, you are Simon right?”Isabelle heard the girl saying and the other in her back were giggling and shejust lost it.
She got up, knocking the dark haired on theshoulder, and grabbing Simon by the neck, pulling him to a kiss. He was astonishedeyes open and mouth unmoving until her fingers got lost in his hair, pulling weakly, making him moan against her lips. His hands went automatically to her back, holding her close, kissing her back hard, making Izzy smile slightly, deepeningthe kiss.
Neither Simon or Izzy could tell how long theystayed there, kissing, ignoring everyone else around them. It seemed like hoursbut still seemed like too little time when they parted, lungs searching forair. Simon was breathless still looking a bit shocked, eyebrows up in aquestion that Izzy shrugged off, with a playful smile, biting her lower lip.She held out her hand and Simon looked suspiciously at it. “Let’s go back tothe Institule, here is too crowded” she voice low enough that only Simon couldhear it, but he still blushed slightly in the dark.
After a while, he held the standing hand, pulling her toward the exit without a word. Isabelle glanced over her shoulder, smirking at the girls who looked pretty shocked at their table, the dark hairedone still standing in her place, looking at them. Isabelle waved at her, makingher look around, embarrassed. Izzy laughed faintly at the reaction, because that’s right, this bassist is very taken.
